      The Office of Readings is one of the hours, or prayers for certain times of the day, that make up the Liturgy of the Hours. They are, Office of Readings, Morning Prayer, any one of these three: mid-morning prayer, noon prayer, or mid-afternoon prayer, Evening Prayer, and night prayer. The Holy Hour may take place at any reasonable time during the day or evening. If the parish already has hours of exposition, this monthly Holy Hour is to take place distinctly in a location and time that would allow large numbers of the faithful to attend. The monthly Holy Hour is to follow the specially prescribed format for this service.
